💖✨ Salon Policies ✨💖 Effective TODAY 10/13 These policies are in place to protect my time, my craft, and my amazing clients who respect both 🤍 ⸻ 💵 Booking Fee • A $20 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. • Your fee goes toward your total if you show up and complete your service. • If you cancel or reschedule for any reason, your booking fee is forfeited and a new fee will be required to book again. • If your booking fee isn’t received within 24 hours, your appointment will be automatically canceled. ⸻ ⏰ Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows • No-call / No-show: Charged 100% of the total service and blocked from future bookings until paid. • Cancellations within 24 hours: Charged 100% of the total service. • Cancellations within 48 hours: Charged 50% of the total service. • Same-day reschedules are treated as cancellations — no exceptions. • Frequent reschedules may result in refusal of future appointments. ⸻ 🕒 Timing & Late Policy • Please arrive on time ⏳ • After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee applies. • After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and charged as a no-show (100%). ⸻ 💅🏼 Service Notes • Please let me know when booking if you’ll need a soak off — this takes 25–60 minutes. • Soak offs from another tech: +$25 fee. • If 4+ nails are missing, it’s considered a full set, not a fill. • Complimentary repairs are offered within 72 hours only — after that, damage is no longer my responsibility. ⸻ 🚫 Guests • Please no extra guests or children unless pre-approved. • I want your appointment to be a relaxing, focused, and professional experience 💕 ⸻ 💖 Thank You!
