Your appointments are very important to me. They are reserved just for you with the expectation that if you book time with me, you will honor your appointment. But, I know life happens, and sometimes schedule changes are needed. I require 24 hours advance notice to cancel appointments with no charge. Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice cost impact to you is 50% charge for reserved service amount.
